Tho House is a 5-storey townhouse project that XHOME implemented synchronously from renovation to design and construction. Full interior construction. With a usable area of 75m² per floor, the project has a reasonable space layout, optimized for the homeowner's living needs. The Neoclassical interior style combines elegant lines, delicate moldings and the presence of high-class materials, creating a luxurious but not fussy overall look. The project will be implemented in 2024, aiming for long-term sustainability, optimizing usage efficiency and bringing a comfortable and modern living experience to the homeowner.

Living room impresses with its streamlined layout and meticulous attention to detail. The large marble-patterned wall panel becomes a luxurious highlight for the TV area, combined with a white-painted built-in cabinet system and elegant moldings. The floor is tiled with black and white marble patterns to create a delicate dividing border. The space is dominated by beige, cream, and white tones, accented with metallic details on the chandelier and glass-top tea table, evoking a sense of elegance and coziness.
