1. Industrial wood products

  • Avoid placing rough objects with sharp edges on materials that can easily cause scratches.
  • Avoid placing the product in uneven places.
  • Do not let chemicals such as: Acetone (nail polish remover), mosquito spray, pour onto the product surface.

  • Use the product properly.
  • The product should be wiped with a soft cloth.

2. Natural wood products

3. Stone products

  • When spilling wine, coffee, tea, etc., dry it quickly to avoid it seeping into the stone. Places that are prone to dirty water spills need to be cleaned, polished, and the stone surface periodically waterproofed, and the waterproofing agent must be of the right type so that the stone color does not change.
  • Absolutely do not use strong acidic detergents such as toilet cleaners or vinegar to clean marble, because marble is derived from limestone (Caco3), highly acidic detergents will destroy the stone.
  • Do not drag objects with bases or sharp edges across stone surfaces.
  • Avoid letting hot objects come into sudden, direct contact with the stone surface to avoid thermal shock.

5. Leather and fabric products

  • Regularly pat pillows and sofa cushions after use to maintain the shape of the chair.
  • Avoid leaving the product in direct sunlight or heat.
  • Do not spill liquids on the sofa. Liquids will soak into the fabric or leather, causing stains.
  • Vacuum your sofa once a week. Avoid using brushes or brooms as they can damage some fabrics.
  • When moving the sofa, lift it, absolutely avoid pulling or pushing because it will break or scratch the chair legs.
  • Avoid sitting or placing heavy objects on the armrests to avoid weakening or damaging the chair frame.
  • Sofa covers should not be washed in the washing machine, a specialized washing method should be used.
  • For sofas with stainless steel or powder-coated iron legs: Avoid contact with chemicals, strong detergents or harsh environments such as seawater or acidic environments as this may cause fading or corrosion of the product.
  • Do not jump, step or impact strongly on fabric, leather or imitation leather products.
  • Leather products are interior products that should not be placed outdoors, avoid direct sunlight and high heat sources.
  • Do not use soapy water, glass cleaners, toilet cleaners, etc. to clean leather sofas.
  • Do not use gasoline to remove stains or ink stains on sofa leather.

6. Products of natural origin

Products of natural origin, for example: Natural stone, solid wood, veneer, genuine leather, etc. are products with a non-uniform color and texture: These materials always have a certain water absorption rate and change over time (change in color and gloss of the product, etc.) due to the impact of humidity and temperature of the environment. When using natural products, you need to pay attention to proper care and maintenance, and use specialized products for the product.
