Design and construction of Light House project

Light House is a modern townhouse project located in the center of Vinh city, Nghe An - an area with strong development in infrastructure and high-end housing demand. The project is XHOME Design and construction package in 2023, with a scale of 3 floors and a usable area of 110m² per floor, built on a land area of 140m². This is one of the typical projects for the minimalist design orientation but rich in aesthetics and practical application, typical of XHOME in the high-end townhouse product line.

With a modern style, Light House emphasizes the harmonious combination of high-quality materials, natural light and reasonable functions. Design solutions aim to optimize living space through large doors, open floors and continuous open space layout. In particular, neutral tones and strong shapes help the project stand out in the residential area while maintaining elegance and sustainability over time.

Impressive Highlights of Light House

• The house has a modern style with clear shapes, neutral tones and minimalist materials. The facade stands out thanks to the alternating solid and hollow blocks, glass balconies, horizontal iron bars and wooden ceilings. Artificial lighting is delicately arranged, creating an impressive effect at night.
• The offset staircase uses black stone, transparent glass railing, and recessed LEDs running along the ceiling to shape a modern traffic axis. The model display cabinet with recessed spotlights becomes a personal highlight.
• The central skylight combines green trees and luxurious gray stone floors, bringing natural light down to the ground floor, creating a bright, airy space, saving energy and connecting with nature.

Modern luxury living room space

• Enter the living room space with a modern minimalist style with the main gray tone, combined with marble, wood veneer and velvet. The open space seamlessly connects the kitchen and the lobby, welcoming natural light through the large glass doors and light curtains.
• The highlight is the CNC ceiling with recessed LED lights, neutral L-shaped sofa, glossy black round coffee table, TV wall with bright stone border and round-hole wooden wall and display cabinet creating personality for the homeowner.

Cozy and comfortable kitchen space

• The kitchen space is seamless with the living room, bringing a modern spirit and optimizing functionality. The L-shaped kitchen cabinet combines natural grain laminate wood, smooth gray painted doors, and luxurious white-veined gray marble countertops and backsplash.
• The island integrates a preparation area and a side dining table, next to a 6-chair dining table covered in warm earth-tone velvet. The wooden ceiling and modern pendant lights create depth, while the LED-mounted wall display cabinet is both a convenient storage and an aesthetic highlight.

Master bedroom, relaxing and sophisticated

• The master bedroom has a minimalist modern style with a neutral color palette of gray, brown and white, creating a feeling of absolute relaxation. The bed is placed in the center, the headboard is covered with soft velvet, combined with a wooden wall paneling system with LED lights behind, making the space warm and luxurious.
• The glass-door built-in wardrobe system combined with interior LED lights increases convenience and aesthetics. In addition, the compact dressing table is placed next to the window, combined with two-layer curtains, optimizing light and privacy.
