Postmodernism gradually took over, blending the international and the pragmatic, opening up a world full of softness and personalization. As technology developed, the High-Tech movement stepped in with a new aura, exposing the internal structures and glorifying technology. And finally, Deconstructivism created distorted, chaotic but artistic forms, like a surprising melody of the 1980s. Each style is a door, opening up endless creative spaces, marking the never-ending steps of art and architecture.

Despite many ups and downs, many styles have appeared in villa design. But today modern is still the top style to consider. The typical characteristics that create a standard modern style villa are:

• Simple shapes: Use basic shapes like squares, rectangles, circles.
• Open floor plan: Create a connected, interconnected living space filled with natural light.
• Industrial materials: Prioritize the use of materials such as concrete, steel, glass, aluminum, etc.
