The campus of more than 1.200m² is reasonably planned, with 582,4m² for the architectural block and the rest is the garden, swimming pool, walking path interspersed with green areas.

The design focuses on maximizing the advantages of the local climate and landscape: large glass doors open up a clear view, high ceilings help keep the interior space cool and naturally airy. The mezzanine floor over 8m high not only creates an architectural highlight but also acts as a "connecting axis" for light, wind and activities between floors.

In addition to the architecture, the finishing materials and interior are all part of a high-quality package, integrating smart devices to enhance the living experience. Each area - from the living room, kitchen, bedroom to the garden - is optimally arranged for comfort and connection, aiming at the biggest goal: creating a home that every member wants to return to, no matter where they are or how busy they are.

Luxurious living room space

• Entering the living room is the central connecting space, leading the visual axis from the reception area to the soft curved staircase made of concrete covered with white marble, with seamless tempered glass railings. The design maximizes the ceiling height of nearly 4m and the mezzanine of more than 8m, bringing natural light throughout the space.
• The monolithic glass door system optimizes light, ventilation and visual connection to the garden. The continuous layout between the living room, kitchen and dining table ensures functional flow, while the working area is adjacent but separate thanks to the materials and the opening to the garden, balancing between common and private activities.
• Premium materials and multi-layered lighting solutions combined with smart devices elevate the experience, affirming the living room as the luxurious and cohesive focal point of the villa.

Cozy and comfortable kitchen space

• As a place to connect the family, the kitchen - dining space is designed to be open, directly connected to the living room to maintain a seamless flow of functions. The kitchen island is covered with luxurious marble with a combination of ceiling-to-ceiling cabinets for optimal storage. The wall panels and wine and ceramic display shelves are highlighted with LED lighting, creating depth and visual emphasis.

• The shower and sauna area is separated by tempered glass, equipped with a separate bathtub placed next to a large window to take advantage of natural light and a clear view.
