Design and construction of modern 3-storey QN House

QN House is a 3-storey townhouse project by XHOME design and construction package in Quang Ninh. With a land area of 240m² and a construction area of 120m² per floor, the project is shaped according to modern style, emphasizing minimalism, sophistication and efficient use of space. The main idea focuses on creating a comfortable home, where aesthetics, functionality and living experience are blended. The facade stands out with interwoven blocks, glass balconies that expand the view, while maximizing natural light. The interior space is organized coherently, creating a harmonious connection between common and private living areas, maximizing the comfort and privacy needs of the homeowner.

Modern, sophisticated living room

• The living room impresses with its high ceiling and full-height glass system, extending the view to the garden, bringing an airy feeling and a complete connection with nature. The interior is arranged coherently with a dark brown leather sofa, orange velvet single chair and earth-tone pillows, creating a warm highlight on the luxurious space.
• The shiny stone-patterned porcelain floor combines with the black and white marble TV wall, wooden panels and gray laminate, in harmony with the natural stone tea table. The large glass door system opens to the courtyard paved with honeycomb stone and slate, dotted with a small pond, bringing a cool and relaxing feeling. The main door is made of solid wood, two-layer curtains to the ceiling and metal pendant lights complete the majestic yet sophisticated look, in a modern style.

• The kitchen and dining area is designed to be compact, luxurious and seamless, serving both family activities and convenient for receiving guests. The white marble dining table with yellow veins combined with orange leather chairs creates a warm highlight, while the black glass display cabinet system with LED backlight increases the depth of the space.
• L-shaped kitchen with integrated multi-function island uses matte black powder-coated cabinets, glass backsplash and scratch-resistant black and white granite countertop, with delicate copper-plated curved edges. Large glass doors open to the outdoor yard, welcoming natural light and wind, providing a cool and comfortable experience.

Relaxing, classy master bedroom

• The master bedroom exudes a relaxing and private atmosphere, highlighted by a warm beige upholstered bed, a ceiling-high felt headboard with matte black aluminum accents, and a pair of luxurious pendant lights. Walnut-colored herringbone wood floors combine with large glass doors opening onto the balcony, along with double-layer curtains to help regulate light and ensure privacy.
• The neat working area with a minimalist desk, high-end ergonomic chair, and dark gray built-in bookcase creates order. The dressing room is arranged with a walkway between two rows of black glass cabinets with LED backlighting, adjacent to a minimalist dressing table with a round mirror with a bright frame and a delicately decorated orange velvet chair. • The exterior is exquisitely designed with an open layout, blending green spaces, miniature landscapes and modern architectural lines. The natural stone entrance leads through an airy garden, dotted with bonsai trees, lawns and stepping stones.
• The outdoor resting area is arranged with a trellis and minimalist tables and chairs, creating a relaxing space close to nature. The stone wall system, wooden doors and glass railings not only enhance the luxury but also expand the view, bringing a classy and relaxing living experience.
