Currently, XHOME Saigon operates in a diverse range of provinces and cities, from Ho Chi Minh City to the entire Southwestern region and the South Central provinces.
Most of XHOME Saigon's projects require significant investment in time and expertise, with each project involving multiple departments such as architects, designers, project managers, and quality control personnel. Therefore, XHOME Saigon does not conduct design work before signing the contract.
However, clients always receive detailed consultation from the architect before signing the contract. During this consultation, XHOME Saigon provides a complete understanding of the service and specific design ideas by preparing moodboards/concepts and floor plan ideas based on information provided by the client and the current state of the land. This helps clients visualize most of XHOME's capabilities and service quality.
