By September 9, the project has entered the stage of fabrication and installation of floor beam reinforcement, floor formwork, floor MEP system and acceptance of the first floor. Engineers conduct defects in the beam steel, ensuring that the progress and quality of the project are not affected.
Recently, XHOME has applied the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model to the CONTEMPORARY VILLA project, allowing for more efficient project management, from planning to construction and maintenance. According to XHOME SG's BIM Tool Expert - Mr. Duy Khanh, using BIM to approve designs before construction helps eliminate errors, optimize resources, and improve customer satisfaction.
The BIM model gives customers an in-depth look at the project design. Homeowners can directly contribute ideas and suggest changes to XHOME during the design process, thereby improving the quality of the villa experience.
